SocialClimb’s HIPAA-compliant platform integrates with most healthcare PM/EHR systems, and that means that growing their business—from sending review requests to receiving individual physician reports on the data—is completely automated. Deep integration allows healthcare marketers to track calls to show which marketing sources lead to an appointment for a new patient. So happy I used them twice!

I used social Climb at my last practice. I was on the implementation team and loved working with [sensitive content hidden]. Imagine my surprise when I switched healthcare systems and found that my new company also uses SocialClimb. I love the intuitiveness of the product. I like that everything is in once place. I find some module tricky to use but with the help of my manager, I'm always able to get what I need.

Cost and ease of use - we were having issues with rotating customer service reps which cost us a lot of time in updating each new person to our situation and needs. Follow through and updates did not happen like they should so Social Climb seemed to be a better solution.
