SocialClimb helps healthcare organizations grow by understanding the impact of their marketing tactics so they can put their marketing dollars where they will perform most efficiently. Today’s healthcare marketing includes improving online reputation, getting in front of potential patients searching for care, and building an online presence to be top-of-mind when someone nearby needs healthcare.

SocialClimb’s HIPAA-compliant platform integrates with most healthcare PM/EHR systems, and that means that growing their business—from sending review requests to receiving individual physician reports on the data—is completely automated. Deep integration allows healthcare marketers to track calls to show which marketing sources lead to an appointment for a new patient. The platform can also track costs so medical practices have an accurate picture of the cost per call, the cost per appointment, and the cost for each new patient by lead source. Passively Grow your Google presence.

Overall, we use it on a daily basis and it really has helped passively nudge our customers to write reviews for us on multiple platforms (Google, Facebook).

Very straight forward set up. Easy to use, simple to enable/disable users. Analytics are straight forward and customizing the messages are simple as well. Great support.

Cons:

Getting to the users registered with your account is a bit wonky, but once you figure it out, it is a breeze.

Social climb is easy to use and provides real-time, relevant data that allows our practice to get first hand knowledge from patients about their experience with us to help us provide better results to them in the future.

Cons:

Remain challenged with some of the customer service in terms of assisting us with our performance. As a new client, we need more feedback to help drive our strategy. This has been somewhat missing for us.

Switching to different reviews & rep platform

Was not engaging enough to use Social Climb as a dashboard- managed reviews directly on original platforms instead.

Gets the job done when it works. Writing more to meet character requirement in this section.

Cons:

Our field guys were having a lot of issues with using social climb, often times it not working right in front of the customer. They eventually didn't feel like trying to use it because it wouldn't work half the time. Social Climb is also a lot of money every month. ($1,000/mo) We're switching to a platform that offers the reviews & reputation, social media management, email, chat, and more for the same price.

Social Climb is very easy to use and you can set up as many alerts as you prefer to monitor reviews. It is a secure platform where you can respond and manage reviews all in one dashboard.

It can be expensive for additional features that can assist with marketing efforts

SocialClimb helps us manage our reviews across all of our locations and physicians. Since implementing SocilaClimb our number of reviews have skyrocketed.

Cons:

It would be great to see the implementation of AI to provide automated and custom responses to reviews. SocialClimb can automatically send responses but they are not customized per review.

I like how the software is set up to capture user reviews form their cell phones. It is easily implemented into the day to day of your business with little to no disruption and effective at capturing reviews to help improve your online reputation from real customers.

Socialclimb has been a game changer for our orthopedic practice. The service is quick and easy to use for our patients and gives them the opportunity to provide us with private messaging as well as post publicly. Their user interface is wonderful for our Patient Advocate to respond timely to positive and negative feedback.

They have a little more development to do for analytics but overall, we are very happy!

SocialClimb has made it easy to bridge the perception gap that existed with prospective patients. We've dramatically improved our online reputation without too much effort or time on our part.

Cons:

There are some nuances to learn that were initially a little frustrating/not intuitive but once you know those details the software is really easy to use.
