Socialinsider - we used for benchmarking and reporting

We are doing or periodic benchmarking reports and it works great after the initial setup which for us took a while because it was a large project

Pros:

We liked the fact that we could add as many profiles as we needed (and they were a lot) Also, the team was very helpful answering all of our sometimes silly questions and they explained also the functionality that was not that obvious - like the creation of brands And the brands reporting - very useful

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind- maybe some other exporting options

A great tool for optimized client reporting!

Before using Socialinsider, we were not able to have a platform allowing us to have consolidated reporting for our clients and their competitors. With Socialinsider we are able to reduce the time spent on reporting allowing our Social Media Managers to spend more time on providing added value to our clients.

Cons:

We would love to see Pinterest reporting added to the software.

Decent tool but bad choice

I bought Socialinsider by a lifetime deal, so maybe I shouldn't complain, but to be honest - if I had to use it for work, I'd choose Sotrender or anything else. It leaves you with a thought that you're not closer to understand what's happening with your social media channels.

Pros:

I saved a lot of time because before using this tool, I had to look at each profile every day, and this became hard. With their reports being sent directly to my inbox, I could focus my attention more on what I should post.

Cons:

Because of the time-zole, sometimes when I have questions and I need to talk to someone on the support, I have to wait, but it’s ok

Pros:

I'd say the automated reports were the thing where Socialinsider helped us the most After a time setting the profiles up, the team was up and going and we got the value for money in no time. Their customer care team was really helpful and they did an onboarding meeting with the whole team to get us all up and running - this was really helpful!

Cons:

The ppt reports have image charts, i’d love it if they were native so they'd be editable

Great app, great customer service

I would recommend Socialinsider, and I did, to other friends in agencies because it’s a very useful tool. It saves a lot of time at the end of the month when you have to send out the client reports. Also, much easier with the automatic reports

Pros:

Liked the fact that we exported a huge amount of reports with very little work. Also, we had some history posts requirements to get really old posts and they helped us fill those data gaps. By the evening they did the magic and the data was there with no additional costs. The app itself is very straightforward - after the setup, you just go, click download the reports (or setup automated reports) and you're done

Cons:

In my opinion, parts of the reports go into too much detail and do not need that.

Great product and great customer service to back it up.

It's really helping me get a solid grasp on what's working for me. I'm focused pretty much entirely on Instagram right now and it's given me some killer insights to basic things like timing and tagging that aren't apparent at all from the in-app analytics. It's a pleasure to use.

It was really easy to get setup and get straight to useful information that I could work with. For the times I had any confusion, the customer support chat went above and beyond to not only answer my question but also provide useful information allowing me to make better decisions regarding how I formed my strategies.

Cons:

In regards to Instagram setup... certain aspects were a little confusing at first though this turned out to be more of a limitation of the service integration than anything. If you've got a Facebook account though, you shouldn't have an issue. If you don't you, can still get a ton of useful information out of the service.

Socialinsider is a great tool

I've been with socialinsider from their launch. They've been constantly developing and improving the tool. Their team is very nice and responsive to suggestions. Keep it up, guys!

Pros:

Socialinsider has a good looking UI that features all the important metrics one would want to analyze his own social metrics or his competitors. It really does save a lot of time and offers a bigger, clearer picture.

Cons:

At first, I wanted a Youtube and LinkedIn integration, which they didn't have. But now they have introduced it as well.
