Absolute gamechanger for social media managers and business owners

Out of all the social media management platforms I tried, this one is my favorite!! I tried this once before and learned it from my one of my clients but I wasn't able to explore the features that much. Now that I used it again, I am blown away by all the features that it gives!

Great value for money. The interface gives a premium feel and it's so easy to use. Aside from the post scheduling, I love that it has DM automations so no need to use another tool like Manychat. The listening feature is also great and it's something that you usually just see on more expensive platforms. I can also delegate tasks to other users and use it as a task management tool, so that's amazing. Finally, I love that the analytics are detailed but still easy to understand. Overall, I'm obsessed!
Cons:
There are no complaints from me for now, still enjoying the features that Vista Social has to offer.

Nothing major so far. There’s a lot to explore, so it takes a little time to fully discover all the features.

I switched to Vista Social because it’s simpler and more intuitive while still having the features I need. Compared to Sprout Social, it’s faster to navigate and easier to schedule, automate, and customize reports. And compared to Hootsuite, it feels cleaner and less cluttered, with smoother publishing and a more practical inbox and alert system. Overall, Vista Social helps me work more efficiently without the extra complexity.

Intuitive and makes life easy - way better than its competitors!

A very user-friendly platform that is a great assist in social media management. This is important for onboarinding a large company with hundreds of users. The tool has everything I'd need in a tool so there's no reason to ever leave. Some unique features: bulk posting, UGC searching/reposting, GIF search/post within the tool, first comments for ALL platforms, Twitter thread maker.

As soon as you log in, there are brief and simple popups that give you a tour of the platform. There are many options that are unavailable on its competitors: - options to change fonts and even alignment of post copy -Custom fields make it so much easier when posting in bulk, which is something I commonly have to do. -poll creation, notes creation -pexels integration for stock -create first like and first comment - automations that involve templates and go beyond the standard "AI post copy," including "auto-link sends in DMs"! -Project management community tool built within (To Do's) - and get this: TRENDING AUDIO!
Cons:
nothing -- it is such a wonderful tool with no downside! I can't think of one thing that I would change about it.

Refreshingly Simple New Social Media Management Tool

We’ve shifted from Metricool to Vista Social and I’m really happy with the move. It’s straightforward, reliable, and makes managing multiple accounts so much easier. The unified inbox is a genuine time saver, the sentiment analysis is a bonus I didn’t know I needed, and the AI post writer keeps things moving on busy days. Pricing is great for a tool with this capability. The only small hiccup was that Brave didn’t play nicely, but switching to Firefox solved that instantly. Overall, Vista Social just works, and it’s become a solid part of our agency workflow.

We've been using Social Vista across our agency to wrangle multiple accounts and channels, and it's been a genuinely helpful addition to the toolkit. It handles Facebook, Insta and Linkedin without a fuss which keeps our workflows tidy and our teams sane. What I really appreciate is the unified inbox. Being able to reply to every message and comment straight from the platform is a small joy when you're juggling busy socials. The sentiment analysis is the cherry on top. It gives me a quick sense of how people are feeling before anything turns into a fire to put out. The pricing is another win. Compared to other tools in this league, Social Vista is incredibly reasonable, which matters when your're managing several brands at once. And I do love the AI post-writing feature. It's a great way to spark ideas or speed things up on days when the to-do list is longer than the coffee line. In short, it is practical to use and great value.
Cons:
The only real hiccup I’ve had is browser-related. I use Brave as my main browser and Social Vista doesn’t seem to play nicely with it. I’m guessing that’s more to do with Brave’s privacy settings than the tool itself, but it does mean certain features don’t load properly. I switched over to Mozilla Firefox and everything works smoothly there, so it’s not a deal-breaker — just something to be aware of if you’re also a Brave loyalist.

What I like most about Vista Social is how it centralizes scheduling, engagement, analytics, and reporting in one intuitive dashboard. The drag-and-drop content calendar makes planning posts across multiple platforms very efficient, and the unified inbox ensures I never miss comments or messages. The AI caption assistant and hashtag suggestions also speed up content creation while maintaining quality. Cons:
There are very few downsides, but I would appreciate more advanced customization options in analytics reports, especially for tailoring metrics to specific client needs. Occasionally, minor syncing delays with social platforms can occur, though they are usually resolved quickly. These are small improvements rather than major issues, and they don’t significantly affect my overall experience.

As a social media manager for over 5 years now, I love how instead of using multiple tools (and getting so many expensive subscriptions) for scheduling, analytics, engagement, automation, and listening, everything is centralized in one platform. Love how it combines the most important features of different social media management tools into one streamlined platform. Scheduling is the bare minimum, and Vista Social handles that well, but what really stands out is the analytics and reporting feature. Being able to quickly generate reports with built-in insights and recommendations saves me a lot of time. Also love the task assignment and priority tagging features since it makes the workflow smoother. The all-in-one inbox is another one of my favorite tool since it allows me to manage engagements across multiple platforms and clients in one place which has been one of my most time consuming tasks as a social media manager.
Cons:
Nothing in particular since there are tutorials for each feature so it’s quite easy to follow. Their support is also quick so I appreciated that.

The post scheduling, content crafting and analytics all in one place makes managing multiple accounts a thousand times easier and its all in one package so I do not have to pay for multiple SMM softwares to manage, analyse and optimise multiple profiles.
Cons:
Honestly, having a few advanced features made it a bit difficult for me to get used to the platform. A few analytical tools could be more flexible. that being said once you are used to the platform the overall experience is still very smooth

Efficiency of the Customer Support and Features at Vista Social

I made a mistake trying to log in to my Facebook, and then I submitted a request. In less than 11 minutes, they reached out to me with a response and solution. I love how easy it was to schedule posts, respond to comments, and automate DMs even when I was not available. Vista Social helps me manage my tasks more efficiently and effectively. The listening feature is another aspect of Vista I thoroughly enjoyed.
