Sleek looking, easy to moderate twitter wall for conferences

A very professional looking, customizable Twitter wall that was easy to set up and moderate, that our events partners were very happy with.

Pros:

It really shows off the tweets (and other types of social contributions) very well. I like the very clean themes and user interface, the fact that you can personalise it with your own logo and such, the fact that moderation is very easy. I also liked that in the default theme I could choose the number of columns to be displayed, thus making the wall readable even on a smaller screen or one that was set up farther away from the public. I love the fact that it showcases messages with embedded images very well. Also, the feature of hiding all of the posts with one click was very useful each time I wanted to start the wall with a clean slate, coming from a certain hashtag that is used constantly. I also appreciate that you have event-based pricing plans, not only monthly pricing plans.

Cons:

The cost of a 72-hours wall was a bit pricey for single small-scale events like we have a lot of times.

Awesome experience!

My halloween event was a success. Part of it was because of Walls.io, which grabs people attention and make any event interactive. Guests can use their own social media and interact without much effort.

Pros:

The features, rich administration panel, many social medias to access and ease of use. Stunning visual and different themes to choose also made it a great option. The tool is entirely well built, so I didn't need the customer support, anyway, they got in touch with me to know if everything was fine.

Cons:

Maybe the price is a little bit high to final customers. I guess it worth for an enterprise plan, but for single customers and enthusiasts, that's a bit expensive.

I like the overall ease of use; approving or hiding posts is very simple. Video autoplay is a nice feature.

Cons:

I wish that it included Instagram user names in the posts.

So, I had an event in a few days and I was looking for the best way to engage the audience on social media and walls.io came to the rescue. What I love best is the free trial I had.

Cons:

Free trial is not long enough. However, this is a service I would definitely pay for, considering the value for the money.

Pros:

The customer service is unbeatable- the chat support is available at almost all times. The wall is easy to customize, and the map theme is awesome. I shopped for other vendors and walls.io was by far the best, especially for the price.

Cons:

I have had some struggles with moderation. I wish it had a feature where you could move posts into "folders" so you can show/hide a group at once. Also, I wish you could manually add location to some posts where people forgot to add them so that they can show up on the map.

Cost Effective & Does the job

We used Wall.io during our move-in experience. Our residents were able to share their photos and see them while moving in. This provided a fun stop and view opportunity to families who were waiting to move-in to their student's residence hall. This software was easy to purchase and simple to set-up.

I love how cost-effective the product is. I love the easy user ability. Wall.io also offers fast customer service to help with any issues you may have which helps the day of use.

Cons:

There was nothing that I liked least about the product. The product was great to use once you were able to customize it to your liking.

Great Tool for showing live social media interactions

Pros:

We've been using Walls.io to have a physical social media screen at a recent local meetup. They claim it's easy to get started in 5mins, and really, it didn't take any longer to setup a social wall with our event's hashtag, customize our logo, colours etc. We've been using different solutions before, but none was as easy to use (and affordable).

Cons:

If anything, we'd like to see more layout templates available or make the existing ones more versatile (f.e. support for auto-scrolling would be a nice touch to keep a wall "alive" even for smaller events with less posts.

The Best Platform for social media engagement

Pros:

I loved the way the platform works; easy to use, very cool visuals, and the way that can be used both on a website and content creation pieces to engage the audience and get viral. Also, the service was awesome, very helpful, on point, and fast responsive.

Cons:

At this point, I didn't have a complaint, but I'm sure wall.io has the potential to do a lot more in the future!

Pros:

It allows you to collect content from over 15 social media platforms. A major pro is that it allows you to collect content from specific profiles or by using hash tags. The software also makes it extremely easy to create social media marketing campaigns built around hash tags. It is extremely easy to set up and get started.

Cons:

I really don't have anything to say bad about the software. I wish it were a little cheaper but you get a good quality product for the price.
