About ClubRight

ClubRight is a cloud-based membership management solution designed for gyms, clubs, dance and fitness studios and martial arts centers. The solution offers membership management, self-service portals, billing and payment management, class scheduling, progress tracking and reporting.

The online marketing portal lets users manage marketing campaigns. The online calendar feature can be used by both instructors and members to schedule classes. Dashboards display daily schedules along with notifications and reminders.

Members can access a self-service portal to track workout progress, communicate with instructors, view and schedule classes, make payments and generate reports. Instructors can also book rooms and time slots with ClubRight. Designing tools let users add branding to membership forms, welcome screens, payment receipts and invoices.

ClubRight is available with a monthly subscription. Support is offered via email and over the phone.

Fantastic Software

It’s helped our company grow with ease, anything that I don’t completely understand the team at clubright hook me up really fast and nothing is too much for them, I had [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] on the phone sorting out my mistakes recently and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Trust is everything to me and I trust clubright and more importantly their team

Pros:

I liked the way to system works and makes my life easier removing admin. There are so many good features such as membership forecast really helps me manage my finances better.

Cons:

The setting up phase. It was complicated for me as I am not great with computers. But the team at club right were so helpful and made it easy for me.

Pros:

I've had clubright since the beginning of the year. The team is decent and tries to be helpful in fixing the occasional glitches that happens which is expected. Ease of use

Cons:

However, over the past 3 - 4 months there's been a major issue where members continue to be charged after their membership ends because the CR software all of a sudden is unable to cancel the DD mandate/subscription albeit the membership has ended. This is not only ruining our reputation as a business but it's resulting in a huge influx of DDIC claims as well as upto £900 - £1200 refunds to be processed each month. This is time consuming having to respond to each email individually, and becoming expensive because the transaction costs on these are non-refundable. We haven't received any apology from CR, nor have we received any update regarding t he time frame when they expect this bug to be fixed. I find it to be unacceptable and beginning to put a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be back to amend this review once it's fixed. I don't know how long I can continue to endure this before I consider looking for another provider.

Clubright has been an amazing choice for our business easy to manage and quiet good value for money you get automatic messages and you don’t need third party integeations

Cons:

Nothing so far it is not clubright issue but we use DFC for payments and They don’t export data to ClubRight hence we choose to move our payments to CR as well

In the beginning when I joined my journey with CR I regretted it, Joining was an absolute nightmare especially the onboarding process as I had several issues with lack of knowledge from Paxton engineer (he was new) and onboarding was a shambles. My GoCardless account was about to be terminated due to moving it all across to CR and I could have lost all my data as CR forgot my when the transfer was supposed to be happening. Honesty CR had MAJOR communication issues with [sensitive content hidden] no where to be seen or heard despite conversing with me personally before the issues occurred. I'm so pleased [sensitive content hidden] is on board because she is someone who i can tell is passionate about the brand and how to help grow.

Not much apart from seeing development and improvements happening. Still a long way to go for CR but in a year I can see improvements have and are being made. Great to speak with [sensitive content hidden] who actually knows what she is talking about unlike previous team members I have dealt with.

Cons:

Lack of and delays in communication between L&Z and CR. No way to refund members. No way to select multiple members groups for automated emails. No way of changing DD dates for members. Guidance on how to upsell, promote, market. send out weekly/seasonal promotional ideas etc, helping us grow will help CR

Loads of features. You can run everything including direct debits all in one place. They are constantly improving.

Cons:

The check in system is sometimes slow but that might be my system.

The orange button service is terrible. I've had to wait several weeks for a reply and sometimes haven't had one

Anvil Gym ClubRight review

Amazing. Would definitely recommend. Having everything in one space makes the day-to-day usage way easier. Insights, sales funnels and automated messaging are great features which have helped us reach more people, sign people up quicker and have a better view of our business in only 3 days! We are really looking forward to having a future with this software and are excited to see where it can take our business!!!

The onboarding process. Very easy as the team took 99% of the work load. The very friendly staff [sensitive content hidden] have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Making everything super easy and explained everything perfectly. If I could rate it 6 stars I would!!!

We couldn't connect our stripe reader, and still haven't been able to...

Great value for money vs previous providers we have tried, significantly cheaper and far more functionality. Customer service live chat quick to respond.

Cons:

Lots of data available, but more digestible and aesthetic data graphs would be a great addition.
