- I have used a lot of different booking software for massage, this one is by far my favorite, from the simple layout and ease of booking different appointment types, to the analytics, it has everything you need.
- My only minor concern is taking cash pay, there is not a way to determine change and if I get more cash than the total, I have to calculate the remaining amount myself then input it awkwardly in the cash pay option.
- Zenoti has strong reporting and data analysis tools that make it easier to track performance, sales trends, and team/service metrics.
- Also, the mobile app takes a really long time to process when trying to open client profiles and forms which is very frustrating when on a tight client schedule.
