I am able to locate the tools that I need to schedule my individuals as well as complete my MTPRs on a weekly basis

Cons:

I particularly do not enjoy when an update that causes our company more work when it should be helping us.

Pros:

It is super simple for my users interact with and it gives me great custom reporting on the back end.

Cons:

The baked in CRM components are not fleshed out, but thankfully they integrate with other great CRM technology!

Started good, but went downhill fast

Poor, the company and it's leaders were very rude, unhelpful, and resorted to hostile communication with us when we attempted to address critical failures within the software. We were often told it was our fault, or that it was not within the limits of their software. The EMR was also ridiculously unstable, constantly giving "slow network" messages which were not in any way connected to our actual network. Our opinion of them changed very quickly when we witnessed the communication and dare I say hostile correspondence from their leadership.

Pros:

To-Do list with Alleva was one of its best features, and is robust compared to many other softwares.

Cons:

Features missing, billing reporting was a nightmare, treatment plans were complex and not user friendly, the costs changed and company was quick to threaten and retaliate when brought to their attention. Support was delayed or not helpful, we felt a huge burden was placed to us to "explain" how the software was behaving differently from what they could replicate.

Reasons for switching to Alleva

Kipu was horribly convoluted, while it had a robust billing system the overall GUI and functionality was cumbersome, required 10-15 clicks to get to everything. Kipu also was deceptive of their pricing. Starting with 2500 a month, and ending up costing well over 6,000 per month.

The BEST EMR/EHR on the Market!

I've been using Alleva EMR for a while now, and I must say it's been a game-changer for my practice! The system is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me and my staff to navigate. The integration with other tools has also been seamless, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we've needed them. Overall, Alleva EMR has increased our efficiency and productivity, allowing us to focus on what matters most - providing quality patient care. Highly recommend!

Ease of use---This platform is easy to use for my needs. The calendar/scheduler is what I work off of more than the Tasks section. From section to section, the workflow for me is rather easy and uncomplicated.

Cons:

Options and lack of versatility (which more options may be coming).

The Raleigh House

[sensitive content hidden] have been absolutely incredible to work with and have given so much time and patience to our issues. They are both incredibly knowledgeable about the product and a pleasure to work with. [sensitive content hidden], in particular, goes above and beyond to make sure that we can function as a facility when things go awry. This has included building forms for us on an airplane while he flew to another account. He is a valuable asset to the success of your product.

It is conceptually a good product and has a pleasing aesthetic

Cons:

I have spent an incredible amount of time building custom forms and intakes that have inevitably broken and had to be rebuilt several times causing massive data losses. The UR module is under developed and begs the input from URs to make it more functional to the department.

Improve!!

Its Okay. I say okay because it really is easy to use but hard to use for certain components. I need help trying to figure out the telehealth component.

Pros:

Some of alleva is really easy to use and then there is other parts that are hard.

Cons:

Its not in depth on Mental Health treatment. Since using it, it is more on a Substance Abuse. The initial assessment, outside of the basic generic questions give no criteria there that helps meet the medical need for treatment component. If it could be tied into the guidelines for treatment and level of care recommendation it would make life way easier and make me like this question. Instead I have to dig deep and pull for information to find out what they're going through with mental health. You only have bare minimun questions for mental health assessment

An EMR you can trust

I've worked with many EMR's in the past and I can say hands down that you guys have been the best company i've ever worked for it's easy to manage easy to train people and the cost is not nearly as high as other competitors hands down best EMR I've ever had.

Alleva Makes it easier when it comes to documentation for each individual client, the layout of the page makes it easier to find anything necessary to help you document things properly as well as being able to modify anything on your personal or leave a page.

Cons:

My least favorite thing unfortunately I would have to come back to this one because I can't say at this time that I actually have something I dislike about you guys

My whole team already knew how leave it worked so it was easier for us to use it as well as the layout is more customizable that we can gear it towards our business.
