Apptoto vs Carepatron: Which is best for you?

For the most part, we are happy with what Apptoto has done for us. When we first started using the software, there were some features that were not available. But the team was able to implement these features quickly, sometimes we were not even aware that they were working on it until they demo'd the feature to us.

Any time one thing was changed the system would flip out so we were constantly stressed that if we changed something simple it wouldn't operate correctly.

I have loved the usability and customization of the platform. If they release electronic insurance billing, it will rival more established EHRs like Therapy Notes and Simple Practice.
