Apptoto vs Vagaro: Which is best for you?

For the most part, we are happy with what Apptoto has done for us. When we first started using the software, there were some features that were not available. But the team was able to implement these features quickly, sometimes we were not even aware that they were working on it until they demo'd the feature to us.

Any time one thing was changed the system would flip out so we were constantly stressed that if we changed something simple it wouldn't operate correctly.

The best feature in my opinion is the automatic updates/reminders it sends to clients to keep everyone aligned and on time as we all have busy lives.

We really expected a lot of great things from Vagaro however the biggest complaint was due to the programs speed, (line-ups at the frontdesk waiting for screens to load) and not being able to "quickly" view a "full" receipt from a single client appointment.
