AthenaOne is a highly convenient medical records platform that facilitates tracking patient information, scheduling appointments, diagnostic and procedural coding, as well as insurance billing and claims.

The CSC is not helpful, asking one question takes anywhere from 10-30 min to solve if it gets solved, a lot of the times they have to escalate it to the internal team and get back with you in 7-10 days.

We also like that we are able to custom and set the timing of our appointment reminders and modify with the support team when we need a change based on the feedback we receive from the patients.
