athenaOne vs ECLIPSE: Which is best for you?

AthenaOne is a highly convenient medical records platform that facilitates tracking patient information, scheduling appointments, diagnostic and procedural coding, as well as insurance billing and claims.

The CSC is not helpful, asking one question takes anywhere from 10-30 min to solve if it gets solved, a lot of the times they have to escalate it to the internal team and get back with you in 7-10 days.

They have always been top notch with customer support and great with the little things like helping close out the year's records and backing up procedures.

I think it needs an update, it makes my computer spaz out every time I open the system and it's extremely hard to navigate.
