athenaOne vs Vagaro: Which is best for you?

AthenaOne is a highly convenient medical records platform that facilitates tracking patient information, scheduling appointments, diagnostic and procedural coding, as well as insurance billing and claims.

The CSC is not helpful, asking one question takes anywhere from 10-30 min to solve if it gets solved, a lot of the times they have to escalate it to the internal team and get back with you in 7-10 days.

The best feature in my opinion is the automatic updates/reminders it sends to clients to keep everyone aligned and on time as we all have busy lives.

We really expected a lot of great things from Vagaro however the biggest complaint was due to the programs speed, (line-ups at the frontdesk waiting for screens to load) and not being able to "quickly" view a "full" receipt from a single client appointment.
