  • The CSC is not helpful, asking one question takes anywhere from 10-30 min to solve if it gets solved, a lot of the times they have to escalate it to the internal team and get back with you in 7-10 days.

  • The best feature in my opinion is the automatic updates/reminders it sends to clients to keep everyone aligned and on time as we all have busy lives.
  • We really expected a lot of great things from Vagaro however the biggest complaint was due to the programs speed, (line-ups at the frontdesk waiting for screens to load) and not being able to "quickly" view a "full" receipt from a single client appointment.
