Pros / Cons
  • Our business used them for 10 years and we couldn't have been treated more poorly. When I was promoted and able to implement changes, we went with Mangomint, which is less expensive, and would recommend to anyone and everyone.
  • Difficult and overcomplicated for everything, way too many buttons to try to find one specific thing and it was never under the button or subheading that you thought it would be under for example, the receptionist was on lunch so I had to cash my client out, someone came in just after and wanted to buy a gift card, I looked under all of the headings that it would make sense for it to be under then called in another esthetician and then another one got called in, it was starting to feel like the beginning of a joke "6 estheticians were trying to sell a gift card..." And none of us could figure it out, we had to call the receptionist back and it took her about 10 minutes before she could figure it out and it was under a weird category like "daily tallys".

  • It allows lots of customizations, you can set up one time links for specific situations, it sends reminders to attendees, and allows me to ask questions of the person making the appointments if I want them.
  • It’s just hard if you have to schedule for multiple people because you have to look up each person’s calendar and then go on calendar and look for an appointment time.
