Difficult and overcomplicated for everything, way too many buttons to try to find one specific thing and it was never under the button or subheading that you thought it would be under for example, the receptionist was on lunch so I had to cash my client out, someone came in just after and wanted to buy a gift card, I looked under all of the headings that it would make sense for it to be under then called in another esthetician and then another one got called in, it was starting to feel like the beginning of a joke "6 estheticians were trying to sell a gift card..." And none of us could figure it out, we had to call the receptionist back and it took her about 10 minutes before she could figure it out and it was under a weird category like "daily tallys".

I love that I can set goals, keep up with product and inventory, easily change things, communicate with clients, and the analytics and reports are life savers

I pay for the Gold service and have really enjoyed the mass text and email option - but don't like that you have to pay for more than 500 texts per month as they transferred all my clients from over ten years and it's a very long process to try and pick out the regulars or pay a big chunk to just send all.
