- I have loved the usability and customization of the platform. If they release electronic insurance billing, it will rival more established EHRs like Therapy Notes and Simple Practice.
- Flaky attachments in documents, occasional problems with updating documents, limited formatting in online editor, would like emojis, mediocre video quality
