My overall experience with EHR Your Way has been positive. The system is user-friendly and allows for flexibility in documentation, which makes daily workflows more efficient. I appreciate the ability to customize templates to fit specific needs, reducing time spent on repetitive charting. While there is a learning curve initially, the platform supports organized record-keeping and improves access to patient information. Easy to Praise

I really don’t have any complaints. In my personal opinion, I have been greatly benefited by EHR and think that its interface is very user-friendly. Every interaction I’ve had with building forms and data entry have been excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone too EHR.

Pros:

One of my favorite things about EHR is, it’s reliability! I very rarely run into issues with the program and don’t have to worry about my note, getting randomly deleted or lost. It’s actually so effective that I’ve never even had to reach out to customer support, but I believe that if I did, they would go either their way to make sure that it was handled. I worked closely with an individual within our company who utilizes EHR to help us build specific pages we need and they are always so thorough about giving us exactly what we’ve asked for. And work tirelessly back-and-forth until it’s perfect.

Cons:

There’s really not one thing about EHR that sticks out in my mind as a negative. There are sometimes complicated request they are made, and they can take time to fully work out the bugs, but this is a part of the process and understandable.

EHR Your Way is truly YOUR WAY

For 2.5 years, I've used EHR Your Way, transitioning from Office Ally (appointments/billing), paper charts, Podium (payments), and FormDr. EHR Your Way eliminated the need for those separate services, digitizing our notes. While the initial adjustment was significant, I now value the flexibility to request changes. Initially, there were many convoluted steps, but the software has been revamped with a user-friendly interface and helpful features. The difference in billing, appointments, and patient data compared to Office Ally is remarkable. Because every practice has different needs and operates a little differently, the ability to customize the software is invaluable. I sincerely recommend considering and trying EHR Your Way for anyone looking for a comprehensive EMR/EHR software.

EHR Your Way stands out due to its extreme customization. It consolidates many features, including a patient portal, note-taking, appointment scheduling, and billing, into one platform. I also appreciate the responsive support team, the lack of per-provider/user charges, and its comprehensive billing system for processing and posting Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) and claims.

Cons:

Cons include the per-text charge for appointment reminders, some confusing or counter-intuitive interface aspects, and delays in implementing updates or customizations.

User-Friendly

Overall, my experience has been very positive due to the easy transition from Avatar and the time-saving auto-fill features. While the system is user-friendly, it could be improved by auto-populating data between notes therapists need to enter and fixing the small window size when reopening drafts.

What I like most about EHR YOUR WAY is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is, which made the transition from my previous system, Avatar, incredibly smooth and easy. The learning curve was minimal, allowing me to get up to speed quickly without the typical stress of switching software. I am particularly impressed with the auto-fill options; they significantly streamline my documentation process and save me a substantial amount of time on daily charting.

Cons:

What I like least is the lack of data continuity between forms; information like the Family section should auto-populate from the Assessment into SOAP notes to reduce redundancy. Additionally, it is frustrating that the windows are consistently too small whenever I reopen a note from a draft.

A Responsive and Adaptable EHR Experience

My overall experience with EHR YOUR WAY has been very positive. The system supports accurate and timely clinical documentation and works well for behavioral health services. EHR YOUR WAY staff have been absolutely amazing. They have worked with our organization step by step to set up our EHR system personalized to what we need. they have provided us with hands on training and edits until we were ready to go live. Once we went live then continued to support us for a long time after to ensure we could work through any issues we were having as well as training new users. They have help our organization become better at documentation and chart efficiency. I could keep going about the amazing support we have gotten from them and their ability to take what we need and find a way for it to work in their system or building it for us in their system. We are very happy with our choose in EHR YOUR WAY.

Cons:

Im sure no one like implementation process of anything including EHR systems. But EHR YOUR WAY really tried to make the best out of it but we had some issues we had to work out but they were present and able to fix any problem we had quickly.

Reasons for choosing EHR YOUR WAY

pricing for best note was very high and there were medications things they could not offer us that EHR YOUR WAY had.

Reasons for switching to EHR YOUR WAY

Azzly is not a real EHR system. We keep losing note after we completed them including hour long assessments. Medication window was so hard to use. not a user friendly system and no support to fix the issues.

Highly customizable product that helps you grow and grows with you

I am very pleased. I recommend this system to others routinely. I love the fact that data is easy to get out in reports. I love how we can make it our own to meet our unique needs.

Pros:

I have been using EHR Your Way for about 3.5 years. The support is great and we have been able to grow significantly with support from EHR Your Way making adjustments along the way that we requested. Things have been done timely. 99.9% of things we have requested have bee approved, and other updates we didn't even think of have been implemented.

Cons:

You are dependent on them building your forms. I would love to have a form builder so that I could update forms. However, any updates requested are usually done within 24-48 hours.

Cost, lack of customer service, unwillingness to customize to customer needs in a timely manner, etc.

Reasons for switching to EHR YOUR WAY

Therapy Notes was great for what it did, but it did not allow for customization, additional note templates, etc. We just outgrew it.

flexibility to work from anywhere, since it is web based. I also like that you do not have to have special software to run it

the frequent changes, it is more a me thing as I get used to any website how it works then takes me time to adjust to the new format

Pros:

I've used EHR for a little over 4 months now and have loved how easy it is to use. It's easy to look up patients and find all the information I need. Customer support has also been helpful and quick to get back to me when I've had issues. I definitely recommend using EHR.

Cons:

I wish there were more features for tracking growth, like embedded growth charts, but even without that I appreciate what they do have to look at anthropometrics.
