My overall experience with EHR your way is positive due to the ease of use, confidentiality of sending and receiving messages and sufficiency with progress notes and documentation.

EHR YOUR WAY staff have been absolutely amazing. They have worked with our organization step by step to set up our EHR system personalized to what we need. they have provided us with hands on training and edits until we were ready to go live. Once we went live then continued to support us for a long time after to ensure we could work through any issues we were having as well as training new users. They have help our organization become better at documentation and chart efficiency. I could keep going about the amazing support we have gotten from them and their ability to take what we need and find a way for it to work in their system or building it for us in their system. We are very happy with our choose in EHR YOUR WAY.

Cons:

Im sure no one like implementation process of anything including EHR systems. But EHR YOUR WAY really tried to make the best out of it but we had some issues we had to work out but they were present and able to fix any problem we had quickly.

Reasons for choosing EHR YOUR WAY

pricing for best note was very high and there were medications things they could not offer us that EHR YOUR WAY had.

Reasons for switching to EHR YOUR WAY

Azzly is not a real EHR system. We keep losing note after we completed them including hour long assessments. Medication window was so hard to use. not a user friendly system and no support to fix the issues.

EHR Your Way is truly YOUR WAY

For 2.5 years, I've used EHR Your Way, transitioning from Office Ally (appointments/billing), paper charts, Podium (payments), and FormDr. EHR Your Way eliminated the need for those separate services, digitizing our notes. While the initial adjustment was significant, I now value the flexibility to request changes. Initially, there were many convoluted steps, but the software has been revamped with a user-friendly interface and helpful features. The difference in billing, appointments, and patient data compared to Office Ally is remarkable. Because every practice has different needs and operates a little differently, the ability to customize the software is invaluable. I sincerely recommend considering and trying EHR Your Way for anyone looking for a comprehensive EMR/EHR software.

I also appreciate the responsive support team, the lack of per-provider/user charges, and its comprehensive billing system for processing and posting Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) and claims.

Cons include the per-text charge for appointment reminders, some confusing or counter-intuitive interface aspects, and delays in implementing updates or customizations.

Easy to Praise

I really don’t have any complaints. In my personal opinion, I have been greatly benefited by EHR and think that its interface is very user-friendly. Every interaction I’ve had with building forms and data entry have been excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone too EHR.

One of my favorite things about EHR is, it’s reliability! I very rarely run into issues with the program and don’t have to worry about my note, getting randomly deleted or lost. It’s actually so effective that I’ve never even had to reach out to customer support, but I believe that if I did, they would go either their way to make sure that it was handled. I worked closely with an individual within our company who utilizes EHR to help us build specific pages we need and they are always so thorough about giving us exactly what we’ve asked for. And work tirelessly back-and-forth until it’s perfect.

Cons:

There’s really not one thing about EHR that sticks out in my mind as a negative. There are sometimes complicated request they are made, and they can take time to fully work out the bugs, but this is a part of the process and understandable.

Powerful and Flexible—Best for Practices That Want Control

It offers far more flexibility than many popular EHRs, but that flexibility comes with responsibility. For practices that want scalable, tailored systems, it can be a powerful tool.

Pros:

EHR Your Way is extremely customizable and flexible, which makes it well-suited for group practices with complex workflows. The reporting capabilities are strong, especially compared to more rigid, “plug-and-play” EHRs, and the system allows for detailed tracking across clinicians, billing, and operations. I appreciate the level of control it gives practices that want to build systems around their actual needs rather than force their practice to fit the software.

Cons:

The learning curve is steep, particularly for clinicians or staff who are not very tech-savvy. Setup and optimization require time, intentional planning, and often direct support. The user interface is not as intuitive or polished as some mainstream EHRs, and without proper onboarding, it can feel overwhelming. This is not an EHR that works well “out of the box.”

Simple to navigate, ease of use

I have used several different client programs and EHR is by far the most logically layed out, easy to navigate and easy to correct errors with.

Pros:

It is a very user friendly program and organized logically. The customer support is kind and attentive and patient and I personally don’t experience many “crashes” bug issues when using.

Cons:

I don’t think i have any dislikes as of currently. I haven’t experienced any “big” issues that aren’t relatively easy to fix

Changed jobs and thankfully, as PIMSY is extremely difficult to use and crashed out all the time and was completely disorganized

Wonderful EHR from an experienced clinician

Overall, I've had a very positive experience with EHR Your Way. In the past I have strongly disliked the EHR experience, and it has led to a negative satisfaction with the company overall. This has only improved my experience with my agency.

I have been a therapist for over ten years, and have been frustrated with most of the EHR's I've used throughout the years. EHR Your Way has been so easy to learn and to use- I needed almost no help learning to use it. Things seem to be very intuitive, and it is very reliable. Everything makes sense, and it makes it very efficient to do paperwork.

Cons:

I can't really think of cons. It could be nice to embed a GAD-7 or PHQ-9 directly into the treatment plan or progress note.

EHR Your Way Performance Review Highly Recommended!

Overall, it was a very good experience. Mostly helpful was the clinical terms set already set up for me in order to make an accurate analysis of the patient's health status. Plus, the administrative staff was also able to make their own adjustments to capture very important aspects of the patient's health for better outcomes.

When I first started using, I needed help and was assisted by an EHR your way rep who responded very quickly.

Cons:

The structuring of the software seemed a little complicated. However, after just a couple of weeks, I became used to how to implement and it became much easier. Also, the admin support for the practice was also very helpful.
