My biggest con is the reporting system I find difficult to navigate at times and as a person in the billing department, we do not like the transaction you have to use for a returned payment.

Navigation is super simple, everything you need to do is made uncomplicated and straightforward, and the invoicing is SO easy it makes the process hugely quicker than previously. And the letters are so straightforward to compose and send.

some bugs to sort at the beginning with logging out, use of mobile app not working optimally etc, setup of invoicing cumbersome
