- My biggest con is the reporting system I find difficult to navigate at times and as a person in the billing department, we do not like the transaction you have to use for a returned payment.

- It's a legacy software dinosaur that requires constant maintenance and tweaking to run optimally. If I didn't have a provider on staff who enjoyed tinkering with the system after-hours, it would be unsustainable and I would have ditched it long ago.
