My overall experience with Healthie has been great. They have very cost effective options for practices that are just starting out, and they have very advanced optioins for practices that have a lot of clients.

Pros:

I enjoy using Healthie. It is very simple to navigate, create forms, and send information to clients securely. A subscription to Healthie also includes secure messaging, and secure calling with Fax (depending on the subscription level that you have. The value that Healthie provides is fantastic. It allows to to communicate with other practitioners/providers in the community and they have excellent client support as well. Payment processing is streamless and very effficient. Healthie makes it very easy to manage a practice. They also allow you customize the forms with your branding as well. It really is a fantastic platform and I love all of the integration options.

Cons:

The only thing that I don't necessarily like is that, I have to copy customized forms and send them to clients individually. There may be an easier way to do it, but I haven't investigated it yet.

From Tebra to Healthie...

My overall experience with Healthie has been overwhelmingly positive. I cannot wait to design, build out and implement new programs using the many patient education and engagement tools Healthie offers.

Healthie has equipped me with the tools I need to automate keeping my patients engaged and learning between visits. Coming from a more traditional, clinically oriented ERH platform, Healthie provides what I and my practice need to compete in the technology landscape.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the inability to access the calendar to schedule follow-up appointments while on a telehealth call.

Solid platform for healthcare professionals, with some caveats

It’s served it’s purpose for me as a healthcare professional and I haven’t had any major issues with it. It’s also fairly priced I think for the capabilities it possesses. But it is due for a major update and more rich features.

It is an all-in-one system which is great for healthcare practitioners like myself. You can assign and create forms, take notes, schedule appointments and more in this system. It keeps track of all of my clients and notes as well in one comprehensive place.

Cons:

There are limitations on the app and some actions need to be taken on desktop only. Also, I haven’t experienced any significant updates to the platform over the past 8 years that I have been using it. And the video chat feature feels very dated. It could use a bit makeover, and some of the actions like saving a charting note are not the most intuitive.

It’s a user friendly and easy to initiate platform. It’s professional but also patient -centered. The communication and integration capabilities are solid.

Cons:

The form section is comprehensive, but the experience would be even better if you could make uploaded pdf’s capable of electronic signatures instead of rebuilding them.

Let's get Healthie together! A great option for both micro practices and large multi center health organizations to engage their clients!

Enjoying the interaction with clients as I look to scale more programs in the platform coming out of my beta testing with a small cohort of clients I'd like the way healthy is constantly adding more features. As a PT using Healthie, I'd also like to see more remote measuring outcome tools like 2D pose estimation for monitoring mobility and joint range of motion improvements.

Ease of onboarding, ability to communicate with clients between sessions with secure messaging and gamified interactions through task completions. 'Healthie' habit stacking with accountability nudges in the platform work!

Cons:

Would like to see more affordable ways to host and offer courses in the platform for micro practices looking to expand their programs. The current pricing model could be adjusted to try to assist smaller practices. This is why I give 4/5 stars, I'd like to see this course feature available for all package levels.

Comprehensive Scalable Platform for Business Growth.

Overall, I love using it. I've priced out other models and by the time you add in all the things you offer, it's competitively priced. The staff are responsive to emails, resolving issues quickly. I also like that you're partnering with other apps and businesses to expand the offerings instead of building it all out yourself. All in all, the collaborative spirit helps us sustain and grow our businesses.

I've used Healthie as my platform for at least 7 years. I like that I have one location for my education platform, notes, handouts, billing, scheduling, etc. It helps me provide a HIPAA secure platform for my clients that levels up my professionalism. I like that I can grow my practice - it's scalable.

Cons:

The app is glitchy - it's often hard to have clients use it for the educational portal or form completion. It doesn't want to let them save it and move on to the next step. Although everyone is very responsive, it's hard not to have someone to call for help.

I like the extensive templates and ease of use. The ability to (un)archive clients is appreciated. Being able to test the platform as you build your business and client stream supports not only practitioner growth but practitioner loyalty.

Cons:

I wish I could fill out forms fullscreen instead of within the platform window, which can be small at times for adequate navigation.

Really like the healthie platform!

The healthie platform enables me to offer my clients a portal and messaging that are HIPAA-compliant, where we can securely share information while safeguarding PII. It has been a great tool that helps me manage client intake and interactions, and for monitoring client progress. I feel like healthie is a platform that I can grow with as my business and client base continues to grow!

As an independent health coach, healthie made it easy for me to get started with a practice management platform without having to make a huge initial investment. I like that that there are many useful features available on the free tier, and that it's HIPAA-compliant. And, as a former graphic designer, I also like the aesthetics of the user interface.

Cons:

Some of the features and tools aren't that intuitive to use. Clearer how-to instructions and/or step-by-step tutorials would lessen the learning curve and make those tools easier to use. I also wish healthie had an itegration with Square!!

Practice Better had too many limitations on their free tier. It was also too expensive for me. And I thought the interface looked stodgy and dated.
