    Staff have been really supportive and flexible in helping us manage the uncertainties brought to our potential clinic by CQC delays and uncertainties. I have found the system intuitive and relatively easy to set up, especially since videos of how to do it were released. Staff are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The company clearly listen to customers.
    Cons:
    Having to set it all up from scratch again when I stopped the contract following unexpected CQC barriers.

    We have been able to advance our administration within our practice management by the use of the online booking system, the sharing of information to the patients via the patient portal. Both secretary and consultant now have visibility of the appointments and letters, which we never had before.
    Cons:
    There could be improvements made, particularly for us is that we heavily rely on patient hospital numbers but this is not currently available in all reports from analytics and I have requested this as a feature. We do not have the ability to be able to email letters to GP as we do not have access to the NHS GP directory, with readily available contact emails.

    I left the organisation in my main role and became an independent private secretary and therefore lost the access to use the systems that the hospital were using

    Not suitable platform for a surgical practice. Beware of data loss in migration

    For a busy surgical practice this platform is not fit for purpose. Shame as it could be so much more. However, the most disappointing aspect is the unwillingness of the Semble team to admit to / address the issues. Once such data loss had been identified they should have notified me immediately, rather than hide the issue. They could have also facilitated a transfer to a more appropriate provider, but instead they insisted that this was normal. I hope they use this as a learning opportunity and do better with future customers.

    Web based platform and therefore can be accessed anywhere, however, there are a number of alternative providers these days who also offer the same, with a more comprehensive platform
    Cons:
    1) Migration process not fit for purpose. They lost 4% of my data including thousands of patient data items and 347 of my financial invoices. They only admitted to this after I identified issues with my financial accounts comparing against my previous provider. No notification beforehand. They initially blamed the previous provider, then stated that such data loss is typical and showed no concern about this, which is remarkable 2) The platform is unable to reproduce simple items such as letter formats satisfactorily. There is also no ability to order a theatre list without staggering patient admission times, which is unacceptable.

    To move to an online platform. I regretted the switch nearly immediately as Semble were unable to recreate what I formerly had

    Great product for private GP services

    Since initial contact with [sensitive content hidden] to finally going ahead with Semble, the experience has been easy and any technical issued I had/have were resolved quickly. I'm really happy with using Semble for a GP service EHR.

    Having used Semble in another private GP clinic, I saw the benefit of its simple yet comprehensive and secure set up. Managing appointments, especially different types of appointments, is seamless and straightforward. Now I have my own online GP service, I have seen the benefits in online booking securely with pre-consultation forms easily accessible.
    Cons:
    So far the experience has been positive. It would be nice to see more features for adding memberships and coupon systems in the future that work off the Stripe platform which natively already allows this.

    Cons:
    I feel that the consultation template (type of questions) can be improved aiming to save Physicians time during the examination. E.g (Recall Option) Analytics should permit users to navigate back and forward on dates.

    Fairly good product let down by non existent technical support

    Has most features that we were looking for. Far from perfect. But the biggest let down is the non existent and very poor technical support who do not resolve even the minor issues for several weeks.

    Good practice management software for patient database, clinic letters, invoices. Easy interface and fairly intuitive. Good integration with Healthcode and Semble pay and more recently with Heidi AI.
    Cons:
    Slow to load. No place for hospital numbers. Forms not fully customisable. Data analytics clunky with the date range feature, which is really poor. Invoicing is very basic with poor features for inpatient invoicing. Lots of glitches with "code not recognised" when submitting to Healthcode for no apparent reason. Non existent technical support.

    Easy to Use, But Lacks Essential Features

    It gets the job done, but lack of features means busy practices may find it quite tedious to manually do (and redo) too many tyhings.

    Intuitive layout, easy to go between different tabs and functions.
    Cons:
    Allocating payments against invoices is very tedious as there is no option for multiple payments. It also lacks an "automatic shortfall" feature, so part-paid invoices must been manually shared with manually entered messages. The new Data tab is also a lot more complex and difficult to use than the previous "Analytics" tab.

    A national health screening company’s experience of Semble

    Semble has reduced my medical admin time by about 70% and improved clinic efficiency considerably. There has been a measurable improvement in patient satisfaction from their experience in booking appointments to the prompt return in their results. I highly recommend this software to any private healthcare organisation.

    Semble as a practice management software solution has been liberating as far has time management and patient service is concerned. I hub out of 5 locations in the UK. Managing appointments across all of these locations, sending confirmation emailed and appointment reminders was hugely time consuming. Having a live dashboard for appointments and sharing a link for your calendar with your corporate clients mean I do not have to spend anytime booking and confirming appointments. The lab link system with TDL has been a game changer, creating path forms, blood bottle labels saves time in clinic as you are not spending time infilling out forms in clinic and labelling bottles. The results return via the link and are there to share with your patient instantly rather then posting hard copies or scanning hard copies and emailing them as an attachment, the system takes care of it all. Repeat prescription system is also very helpful in taking your prescribing and for auditing.
    Cons:
    There are very few dislikes about the software, it would be nice if patients could request repeat prescription from the software.

    It is much easier to keep clients up to date with their appointments (less DNA's). The Telemedicine option is very good and it doesn't require us to have a separate software for video consultation.

    It is easy to use, functional and has a lot of options to customise it. The customer support it amazing, the best I have experienced.
    Cons:
    It doesn't get updated when information are changed on XERO accounting software. However it does work the other way around i.e if invoice is paid on Semble it will update the XERO records.

    The changeover was easy, moving from 1 system to another can add a lot of work but everything went smoothly and within a week I was well on my way to knowing how to use it to its full potential!

    Heydoc is very user friendly and avoids having to use multiple programs and clicking constantly between screens. Everything we require for use in our private practice can either be integrated or managed on Heydoc. Heydoc also have an excellent customer support service who were always on hand when we changed over from a previous system. If I have any questions or run into any technical problems someone is always at hand to help immediately which is essential when running a busy private practice!
    Cons:
    The only problem we have encountered with Heydoc is the video calls. Sometimes they will not connect.

    Lack of customer support, a lot of downtime, unable to use previous system properly as it did not do everything we needed it to do.
