Pros:
What I like most about this app is that it very good tool for business professionals to input clients documentations, incorporate data report and track your assessment of your clients information. It is a user friendly app that offers great access when retrieving information to avoid overspending on time to understand the system.
Cons:
The least I liked about it is that the loading time between pages lags which can be very frustrating, sometimes you are unable to pull a report which is a major delay.

Overall, our experience with Noteable has been very positive. It’s a user-friendly, intuitive platform that has simplified many of our day-to-day tasks and made coordination across our team much smoother. The features are practical and easy to navigate, and the support team is responsive and genuinely helpful. While there are areas where we see room for growth, we’re excited to see Noteable continue to evolve and add new features that will make it even more powerful for ABA clinics like ours. It’s already a strong tool—and with future updates, we believe it has the potential to become truly outstanding.

Noteable has been an absolute game-changer for our team. It’s incredibly easy to use—even for those who aren’t tech-savvy. Every feature does exactly what it says it will do, and there are often multiple ways to complete a task, which makes the system flexible and user-friendly. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering how many functions are built in. We love that we can handle billing directly within the platform instead of juggling multiple systems. Their client support is fast, helpful, and genuinely supportive, and the built-in Help section is fantastic—the step-by-step video guides are clear, concise, and free from the extra filler that can make tutorials confusing. One of our favorite features is the ability to send documents for signatures through the parent portal or sign them directly in Noteable. It’s streamlined our workflow and saved us so much time.
Cons:
While Noteable has some great features, there are several areas where the platform could really improve—especially for use in an ABA clinic setting as well as the in-home setting. One major limitation is that session notes can’t be started and saved to return to later. If you have to step away, you have to start over. It would also be helpful if BCBAs could make real-time updates to objectives/goals that RBTs can immediately see by using the update session feature, and if BCBAs could view the RBT data-entry screen while supervising, like a supervision mode and then the BCBA could see the data the RBT is inputting as they work through the session and can give feedback. Right now, it’s difficult to support staff in real time. There are also missing organizational tools that would make clinic operations much smoother, including: An intake list on the home page (like the client and assessment lists) Alerts for missed session notes based on scheduled calendar appointments (visible to both staff and supervisors) A master calendar to view and schedule all staff appointments in one place A quick-view allergy or important alerts tab to keep safety info front and center On the app side, it would be extremely helpful to have tutorial videos specifically for using the mobile app, as well as the ability for RBTs and BCBAs to write session notes directly in the app instead of having to go to the website. The security is strong (which is appreciated), but it would be great to add Face ID or a PIN login option for quicker access, especially when starting sessions on the go.

An all inclusive platform that allows for billing and data collection. Techs are able to take data on a tablet on a variety of devices.
Cons:
Techs can not finalize their notes on the app, leading to additional unnecessary steps. Can not pre schedule appointments on calendar. Multiple unnecessary steps for adding programs. The bug issues lead to additional work, costing our company additional money to fix issues.

I think they solely picked it for the price.

Powerful tool, but steep learning curve

It helps me be more data-driven with my consulting. Instead of guessing, I can show clients their progress on a graph over time. It’s a powerful tool, perhaps a bit complex for a solo practitioner like me, but I love the insights it gives.

The data collection features are amazing. I can track specific metrics for my clients' progress (like stress levels, anxiety, or sleep habits) over time. It gives me a clear picture of what is working in their aromatherapy plan.
Cons:
It is a bit pricey for a solo practitioner. It’s definitely built for teams, so I feel like I am paying for features I don't need. But besides this, it’s a powerful tool with many useful features.

Easiest EHR on the market!

Notable makes it much easier to manage our practice. It is so user friendly and easy to navigate! we did not have to spend much time at all training unfamiliar staff.
Cons:
Sometimes it doesnt fit our exact needs. it would be nice if there was an actual app, as the site is difficult to navigate on a mobile device. we are also unable to run contractor payroll, as the payroll feature only allows for hourly payments, and not by the unit. It would also be helpful if staff could generate a timesheet in units at the end of the week so our supervisors would not have to spend time making sure all the notes are listed correctly on their timesheets. we could also use more flexibility on setting dates in charts, for example, the ISP only allows for us to set the auto remind to 6 months out from the last isp, however, we use a 30 day, 5m, and then 6m schedule so the 3rd and any ongoing isp's fall on the same date as the CNA's

Some Nice Features But Not for Outpatient

The system has some fantastic features. The appearance is the main one. However, it will cost you money in lost patients and missed appointments because of the lack of effective calendar and scheduling services. It is not designed for a 30 patient a day provider. Ten to twelve will be optimal for an 8 hour day.

The field development and look of the output is superior. The ability to customize your input fields is excellent.
Cons:
It is unusable for scheduling outpatient appointments. You will have to find another calendar service. There are no reminders. The portal is extremely primitive and is not usable for social service protected children, as an example. You will need an external system for transmitting HIPAA protected documents regularly. It requires the recipient have and disclose a cell phone. It does not have the ability to code add-on codes easily. The extra steps are extremely time consuming. Whoever designed the interface has never worked in an efficient outpatient setting. Customer support attempts to correct and help but really does not "get it" when describing needs. Names are sorted by first name with no option to sort by last name. The system does not know the difference between race and ethnicity, so every chart has errors. When there is one guardian for multiple children, each child has to have the guardian entered individually. When the phone number changes for the guardian, you will have to go in and change each individual child's chart. This will make an incredible excess of work for folks caring for foster care patients. The system has no built in system to handle middle names.

Review of Noteable functionality

Very good experience. I can usually figure out something I do not know by looking around (or actually looking at the instructions!) because of the simplicity (but high functionality) of the system. Also, my representative ([sensitive content hidden]) is very easy to reach, to schedule appointments with, and very knowledgeable about the system so he answers questions quickly and follows up in a timely fashion. Very pleased to get to work with him.

Pros:
The simplicity and straightforwardness of the forms. Also, minimal navigating to get to a client file which is the main use of the system - ease of access is built into the program.
Cons:
The one issue I would like to see changed is that there is no ability to move back to other notes/sessions when I have a current form open. I have to open another tab and log into Noteable a second, third, and fourth time each time I want to review a past session with a current or other past session note page open. I would like to navigate between current and past sessions under one tab.

Reasons for choosing Noteable

We could create exactly what we needed, tweak the forms (add or change) as needed, cost was competitive.

Ease of use! I have had users completely catch on with absolutely no training! Can be accessed from anywhere! I have utilized Noteable for 8 yrs and I am within my first year of allowing them to handle my billing. The process has been seamless and has saved me a lot of time and effort.
Cons:
The more complex we have become as company, our only issue is that we see there may be lagging issues with what an entity such as CARF Accreditation requires versus what Noteable can do.
