- From the intuitive interface to the abundance of tools and capabilities, it has everything I need to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
- We interface with many EHR and other software companies but unfortunately not all are willing to work with non-partner EHR companies like OpenPM. If the EHR can interface the limitation will never be on the OpenPM side.
- We receive timely notifications via email when enrollments are due, which makes keeping up with all of the insurance companies easier.
- Overall, we have been less than completely impressed with Waystar. Although it's easier than our previous software, it gets very cumbersome when looking for a particular claim and its actual outcome.
