  • I came across Zanda through and LinkedIn post and tried it and was fascinated by its features, it has improved my throughput as now I am easy able to handle my meetings and any review or revision from my client.
  • When it works its great. When it doesn't work, there's a very poorly designed chatbot to deal with which will happily allow you to do all the tech's trouble shooting for them, collating screenshots and version numbers and error codes, followed by a quick message to send all that separately via an email (after you've done the work, not before, as if you don't have enough to do when you're clinic software isn't working).

  • We are an e-bike service provider, We spent a long time looking for a booking system that accepts the payment method in Denmark and gives us full control to schedule our appointments and follow up after the service.
  • Another bug in the group booking feature is that it is only available on service selection level (eg. tour 1, 2 and 3). If you set the widget to only show tour 1, there is no possibility anymore to book for a group. If I reach out to their customer service to improve on all this, I get more or less the same answer over the years: it is like it is and I dont get a sense of ambitions to change or update (sometimes they offer me some kind of workarounds with other paid features - haha).
