- We are an e-bike service provider, We spent a long time looking for a booking system that accepts the payment method in Denmark and gives us full control to schedule our appointments and follow up after the service.
- Another bug in the group booking feature is that it is only available on service selection level (eg. tour 1, 2 and 3). If you set the widget to only show tour 1, there is no possibility anymore to book for a group. If I reach out to their customer service to improve on all this, I get more or less the same answer over the years: it is like it is and I dont get a sense of ambitions to change or update (sometimes they offer me some kind of workarounds with other paid features - haha).

- Our patients get a reminder text for each of their appointments which allows for us to make sure we and they are staying on top of their care and reaching their health goals.
- Some of our long time patients get annoyed with being asked to review over and over again when they have already, some who are on maintenance care schedules just back the check in date get annoyed since they are coming in soon anyways, this causes some of them to completely opt out of all texts as a whole.
