Such a lovely companion

I find it very and actually enjoyable to schedule meetings with different teams and finding conference rooms for in-person meetings using deskbird. It is user friendly, very easy to work with and makes team management really smooth.

Cons:
I think the logo could be better. It is funny and cute but I am sure, it could use some work to become even nicer.

Deskbird for my work

It has been decently good. I hope they bring in more customization features in coming days. As other WMPs are also rapidly developing we see Deskbird also keeping the same pace.

It is not having customization features which is required for different tasks so have to use other platform alongside.

while there is space to improve advance booking and mobile experience the overall experience is really good for large, specially in Hybrid work envorionement where some people are working from home sometimes and sometimes from office

It is a nice app with clean and intuitive interface and makes it easy to avoid the chaos and mixup if you large teams working on a floor and have limited number of meeting rooms and integration with teams and outlook is a big plus.
Cons:
There mobile app is not that good yet, features like to book a room in advance for recurring meetings is not there , you have to book it manually everytime.

The way hybrid work, works!

We were stuck using sticky notes, spreadsheets and phone calls to manage our hybrid model and we were losing our minds. Deskbird has revolutionized how we do business and I am extremely happy with it.

The integrations with Slack and Outlook has been a huge time save and helps make Deskbird a big part of our hybrid work model. The ease at which we can get a desk for a day, a week or even just a meeting room is fantastic.
Cons:
The only real con is around the pricing model, while the service is great, the accessibility is limited to companies with a larger bottom line.
