  • We can manage multiple choirs and support teams, and we use pretty much every feature they offer -- email, calendar, payments, attendance, directory, file storage, choir line-ups, and ticket sales.
  • This is the same with collecting dues, and pretty much all other more advanced functions. And, because you setup this stuff only a few times a year, it is difficult to remember everything that you must do to get it to work properly.

  • As with anything, this software's users would benefit from more specific examples for their end users (i.e. Trade Association, Chamber, Real Estate, etc.) to help users understand how to leverage the power of the software to solve their problems for their use case.
  • It has been a fight to get the software to meet our needs from day one - we didn't now what we didn't now and the deficient onboarding exacerbated the issues.
