iGo Figure is a membership and business management solution. It offers tools to record member information, manage member activities, automate payment processing, track inventory and build custom reports.

iGo Figure offers the capability to add an unlimited number of members. Facility owners can monitor attendance, send campaigning emails, set payment reminders and plan daily schedules.

With iGo Figure, facility owners can build and customize membership plans for different members, age groups or locations.

iGo Figure also includes a point of sale (POS) feature, which allows facility owners to sell items like fitness equipment, merchandise and edible items. The solution helps manage inventory with low stock level alerts and automated reordering of goods and items.

iGo Figure offers more than 100 prepared report types, including sales reports, membership summaries, attendance reports, member retention reports and more. Users can also generate custom reports.

    Super Easy Software!

    With everything you have to do to get a business open, Go Figure is budget friendly and easy to implement so I can concentrate on getting clients not learning a tedious software program. The staff are great too, knowledgeable and courteous. I looked at the competition, and they are too good to be true..honestly too many hidden fees and contracts with the other guys ...

    I hate reading instructions or taking the time to learn anything new ..I look for software to be intuitive and Go Figure is! In a world of apps and technology overload and overkill, the simplicity yet sophistication of Go Figure is a perfect fit for my facility. I am a new hybrid concept of a business, not a gym, not a spa and I was able to customize my setup to fit my business. And payment processing is SUPER CHEAP.
    Cons:
    I am going to need scheduling for my customers as I grow, they tell me that a new scheduling component is in development- I am looking forward to that. I would also like some kind of integration with Facebook and the software that I have to use to run my studio device . I am using social networking to build my business and my machine tracks results at the time of use.

    Stay away. The people writing the software have ZERO gym ownership experience.

    I wanted a software that I could use that would make my facility 24 hours. For whatever reason, I came across iGO360 and it seemed to meet my needs, or so I thought. Once I was in, I was more or less stuck. From day 1 I had trouble with the door and getting people in at night. Then it was trouble with the billing. Then getting people enrolled was a nightmare. If a rival gym opened up across town, I might recommend this software to them, but that's about it. Something as simple as putting a customer on hold for instance, still allows them to have access to the gym. They aren't paying for a membership because they are on hold, but if they come back in before the hold is up, the software has no problem letting them in for a workout sesh. If you are good about reviewing your logs everyday, on top of the other 1,000 things you do as a gym owner, you'll probably catch them. But, if you thought that a person on hold couldn't get in, you'd be in for quite a surprise like I was. In our old system, our credit card processing service turned us on to a credit card updating service that would update expired cards, newly issued cards, etc when they had an agreement in place with the bank. What a great service for an industry that is based on recurring payments processed off a credit card. Igo has ZERO intention of offering this service. ZERO! I called the Forte rep, got it all setup and was ready to rock, but noticed that I never got any updated information. I have had numerous occurrences where in the middle of the night, my door will stop letting people in. There's no way to know when it's happening, other than people will call me at 3am and say hey, I'm outside and the door won't let me in. We are unstaffed at night, which was why we went with iGo for 24 hour access for our customers, so it's very frustrating to my customers and to me. I've received answers such as my wifi is the problem, or Windows 10, or a 2' extension on a USB cable must be the problem. The problem you incur will always be something on your end, never their software.

    When it works, it's pretty good, not great, but good enough.
    Cons:
    Customers on hold can still get in without you knowing. If someone scans in with another gyms card you probably won't know if you aren't at the desk. This wasn't built by a gym owner. There's no polish. If you can find what the report you want, and know how to export to Word and Excel, you can probably get a mail merge together and send out renewal letters, but it's not a built in option.

    I like the KPI report

    The Key Performance Indicator is a great snapshot of what's going on our club. Gives me visibility into failed payments, upcoming expiring memberships and overall club performance.

    The member photo feature is great - we take member photos and the photo comes up each time they scan in. I wish the display box for the photo was a little bigger.

    My favorite feature is the automatic emails. Email reminders for appointments, a series of customizable emails to new prospects and members.
    Cons:
    We have a wellness form we'd like to capture and integrate. Working with iGo now to try to do that.

    Reports are easy to navigate, and it certainly performs all baseline functions that I would ask of it while managing a gym including sign ins, price management, and memberships.
    Cons:
    Slow, and clearly designed for Windows XP, this looks and feels far less like a cutting edge piece of software, but for bare bones it will certainly manage.

    Reporting is a nightmare

    The worst software ever, really bad performance. You will never know how many active members you have, and don't even try to export to Excel, the reporting format is really bad. The support team told me there is nothing to do about it, You can't costumize your reports. Look for other options.

    Hello Mr. Medina, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. I looked up the customer notes and read where our support agent confirmed how to export reports. Because of report formatting, sometimes cells are "merged" which requires you to un-merge the cells in Excel, and I see where she explained how to do that. The database is not exportable as it contains encrypted payment data. I can have support agent direct you to the reports that show your active memberships. Additionally, I noticed you are using our client-based software. We have another web-based version of the software that you might find more to your liking. Finally, the next time you have an issue, I suggest that instead of unfairly flaming us in a review you click the TELL IT TO CEO link on our web page. I read and respond to those daily. After you contact me, I invite you to amend your response to reflect how awesome our company, software and support really are.

    Poor Reporting

    This is the worst software for gyms and health clubs. reporting is a nightmare and their tech support will constantly leave you frustrated. Their support is more interested in getting you off the phone than actually helping you. I personally have had many issues and had their tech support "agree" with me and then proceed to tell me that there is nothing they can do. their software will not be able to even tell you how many memberships you have and how many active members those memberships hold. if you are looking to do any kind of reporting, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere

    For the money, I don't think there is anything better, and I have used a few different gym management programs. It's a great product. I recommend it.
