MemberSpace vs Novi AMS: Which is best for you?

Reporting is a bit limited but this has improved significantly with the new dashboard

I wasn't ready to create memberships right off the bat since I'm in the early stages of creating this business and my website.

Not only is the product everything they promised during the sales process, but they regularly add and improve features, as well as taking into account customer requests for additions. And unlike other third-party products we use/have used, they don't have a premium tier or try to upsell you on buying more features - as far as I know, everything they offer is available to everyone who is their customer.

I didn't know about Zapier, Map Dynamics, and other programs I would need to integrate and hadn't budgeted for them.
