Novi AMS vs WebSuite2: Which is best for you?

Not only is the product everything they promised during the sales process, but they regularly add and improve features, as well as taking into account customer requests for additions. And unlike other third-party products we use/have used, they don't have a premium tier or try to upsell you on buying more features - as far as I know, everything they offer is available to everyone who is their customer.

I didn't know about Zapier, Map Dynamics, and other programs I would need to integrate and hadn't budgeted for them.

WebSuite2 is a product more suited to associations without the time or money to dedicate to their own web design.

Unfortunately, the lack of permissions within the system forces associations to rely on TCS' staff to make any changes to web design.
