About RecDesk
RecDesk is a cloud-based recreation management solution that helps users create customized forms for membership registration and management. The solution caters to recreational and nonprofit organizations such as municipal recreation departments, churches, community centers, activity-focused nonprofits and more.
RecDesk’s key features include online registration, program management, scheduling, billing and invoicing, online reservations, membership management and league management, among others.
RecDesk’s Flexform feature allows users to design online registration forms and checkout pipelines for desktop and mobile users. The solution also lets members check-in using barcodes or a manual method.
RecDesk offers fee structures for both open-ended as well as fixed-duration membership models. Users can include custom packages for individual and group members.
RecDesk’s community portal is built on a content management system that supports multiple pages, full control over the content, document uploads and more. The vendor provides email and phone support to the customers.

I am a big fan. We've used other, similar software, and we've grown to like RecDesk for the ease of use. Part-timers can pick up the software easy. It is NOT a singular usage program for a community center, though. You will still need space management software and event software - both features of RecDesk are poor.

Recdesk is a great tool for Park & Rec& rental property.

RecDesk is a great tool to have if you are over park registration, park league, and any rental areas. Registrations turn into park leagues with a few click. You can ever get a computer generated schedule based off your requirements. We also use it to rent out our community center and it has made that process easier as well.
