StarChapter vs Uscreen: Which is best for you?

As a non-profit organization with new board members every two years, StarChapter has proven to be vital in keeping us organized and providing a location for documents so that we are not exchanging a large box of documents every time the board changes.

My staff has found a workaround to link images in emails and webpages, but the site just hangs when trying to upload images. When this happens, you're forced to reload the page, which takes you out of whatever you were editing, only to not save any of what you've done. If this occurs while you're editing a webpage, you may also be locked out of the page for 5 minutes from a security feature.

Their many many features make our business model possible, and their new analytics feature allows us for an incredible in-depth review of all of our customer's engagement and metrics.

They have an alleged “feature request” button where you can request things like different roles for your employees/team, a deep dive into customer information, but they never go anywhere, and don’t count on a Uscreen employee reaching out to you to confirm receipt or even discuss potential changes to their system that could be beneficial (and not to mention, compete with their largest competitor - Vimeo.)
