Pros:

This is a startup company that has grown quickly over the past years. However, they have managed their growth well and are adding features and responding to customer needs in a responsive and efficient way. The functionality is good and they have helpful programming to engage users and administrators.

Cons:

Their analytics could be better but I know they are working on this.

Pros:

The multi-functionality, (mostly) intuitive use, the EXCEPTIONAL technical support, and the ability to archive standard exports over many years.

Cons:

It can have glitches and bugs that make it challenging to use at times. It does not offer all of the tracking functionality that I'd like and some aspects are clunky to use (only in some cases).

We're going to upgrade our validation error messages — for responses that exceed the Character Limits, etc — since that's one of the reasons why submissions don't go through.

It's very clear on how to set up and use. Both students and judges have commented about how easy the process is to use and score.

Cons:

It was a bit of a learning curve but because of how detailed and user friendly it is, that was not really a problem.

Pros:

Startup Tree has enabled us to keep our entrepreneurship components all in one platform. We can post competitions, events, conferences, and mentorships all in one place while getting all the needed metrics. It has saved me much time keeping all this in one place.

Cons:

The only con I have for Startup Tree is for metric questions you have to manually upload each question each time for any event/competition you choose to have. Wish you could save all your metric questions and have them uploaded ready to go instead of manually inputting each question each time you have an event.

The best part is the consolidation of features into an all in one platform. It makes it much easier than separate solutions.

Cons:

I'd like to be able to use all the great features of the platform on the go with my phone, but it's cumbersome to use on mobile.

Pros:

I like that the software is easy to use and that the StartupTree website for my university isn't hard to navigate. Through StartupTree, I was able to find a summer internship that I loved!

Cons:

There is nothing that comes to mind specifically. I appreciate that the StartupTree team is open to feedback from customers and is always working to improve the software to better meet customer needs.
