CounSol.com vs Qualifacts Credible: Which is best for you?

Other than needing to create some of my own unique intake forms, there is already so much available on the portal itself that is formatted better than I could have written myself.

Email program does not have advanced features, such as capability to use different fonts, underline, bold, and italicize text.

The chat support and ticket system is excellent—whenever I have questions or need assistance, the support team is readily available and incredibly helpful and tickets are promptly responded to.

It's like Qualifacts Credible does not have enough resources to support users working in the system, running ad hoc reports, using BI, etc.
