- Other than needing to create some of my own unique intake forms, there is already so much available on the portal itself that is formatted better than I could have written myself.
- Email program does not have advanced features, such as capability to use different fonts, underline, bold, and italicize text.

- I loved it because it allowed me to write my complete medical note, including the chief complaint, history & physical, mental status exam, and treatment plans.
- In the last year we have had 3 major issues of a pop-up error message that would interrupt med pass, Medications not synching between DrFirst and the MAR that was determined to be due to data stored in inactive staff names, meds not synching again that had to do with character limits in data fields on the back end, and now PRNs being removed from the MAR despite being active.
