- Other than needing to create some of my own unique intake forms, there is already so much available on the portal itself that is formatted better than I could have written myself.
- Email program does not have advanced features, such as capability to use different fonts, underline, bold, and italicize text.
- I like the calendar sync option, as it keeps my appointment private (i.e., labeled "appointment"), though stays up to date with my google calendar.
- We have grown to the point that it no longer suited us and the updated version did not allow us to import or transfer our records without locking everything permanently, so we had to go to an entirely new system.
