Headversity: It works, if you use it

I've found Headversity to be extremely rewarding in the times that I use it. Additionally, I needed support to sign in once and found the customer care team to be extraordinarily responsive and effective.

Pros:

I love how easy to navigate the softwre is and how effective the courses are. I find that when I use this app I get immediate benefits and long term benefits depending on what my objectives are when I open it.

Cons:

Unfortunately, despite all the push messages and the knowledge that this app can genuinely make things better for me, I find myself making poor choices in what app to open when I'm not well or when I should be dedicating time to my present and future wellness. I'm not sure how to overcome my own apathy towards my mental health. This is most likely a ME issue and not an issue with the app.

Fantastic

I have been using Headversity for over 2 years now. I have been able to implement it in both my personal and work life. I absolutely recommend this to everyone!!!!

Pros:

The most impactful feature is the training section in my option. There is a lot of useful information that any person can be use as a resource in their day to day lives. I love that there are sections on all training guides so you can choose what you would like to learn more about relating to how you are feeling that day.

Cons:

I feel within the training sections further resources or learning tools to cope with what we are learning would be helpful. I do know there is the practice section with a lot of wonderful tools but they can be hard to locate.

I enjoy using the mindfulness feature of the app. I prompts on my apple watch at the very perfect timings to take some time to reflect on my day. I also find the reflection questions relevant. I also look forward to reading through the lessons during my break.

Pros:

Headversity is an incredible app - I love just being able to take a few minutes to dive into a suggested lesson and often use and model the tools with my team.

Cons:

Notifications - I'm one who likes to clear them off and while they don't pop up on my phone when I go into the app it's often overwhelming to see a bunch of notifications waiting there.

I got hooked on how good I felt after using SOLO. Our team recently launched TEAM, we love it. It brings out team together and nails the corporate culture we have been trying to establish for years.

Pros:

I love how user friendly it is. I also really love how it sends me little " pings" every once in a while to remind me of things like breathing and slowing down and thinking positively ( and short courses that are available to help me with these things) . It become an out of sight out of mind thing in our busy lives if someone doesn't remind you every once and a while to take your mental health into consideration so I love that it does that for me.

Cons:

It is an on going process to integrate it from our old platform that didn't work as well in my opinion so we are on the right track :)

Love my Headversity App!

I have benefittted from using the app with how I can apply my thinking around work related mental health. This also applies to my personal life as well. I like to think of the app as a great "tool" in my toolbox when it comes to struggles with mental health, burnout, anxiety, etc..

I love the resources it has for all things mental health related. Great for personal and for creating positive and healthy work mindset.

Cons:

None that I can think of. It has great features, easy to use, very well made. I have no overall complaints at all.
