From very first contact with Yocale staff, to onboarding and continued customer service, I have been so incredibly happy with this company and the staff. Every person I have been in touch with has been super helpful, the system is user friendly, and my own staff has been learning it with ease. Price is perfect, my new business can handle that. Scheduling appointments is very easy to learn as well.
Cons:
I think there was only one report I asked about that they didn't have. It is no big deal, there are others I can use.

Best software with nothing to hide at a great price with an awesome team.

I’m a new business owner, and when I started looking for booking software for my new barbershop, I have to admit—I felt overwhelmed by the number of options out there, especially with all the confusing pricing structures. Many of them even had hidden fees! After taking a break from the search, YOCALE popped up on my feed, and I was immediately intrigued since I hadn’t come across it before. When I visited their website and saw how simple and transparent their pricing was, I booked a demo right away. From there, I was really impressed by their customer service. The team took the time to walk me through everything and answer all my questions. They’re honest, straightforward, and genuinely care about helping your business succeed. The software itself has been easy to use for both me and my team—it’s got everything we need, and we couldn’t be happier with it.

The software offers everything you need at a great monthly or annual rate. Their sales and support teams are consistently reliable and always available whenever I need assistance.
Cons:
There are always thing that you wish a software could have to make sure its perfect however the Yocale team continues to push the envelope to make sure clients are very satisfies. The are always open to feedback and that makes a different. If I were to point out something, it will be that i wish they have a discount option for an specific client, like friends and family or VIP clients.

I just recently switched to Yocale from a different booking software and so far I am obsessed! It has been very easy to set up and use in comparison to the software I've used previously, not to mention I'm saving money from month to month by using Yocale, and the tiered system they have allows you to really get the most at the best cost. There scheduling system and platform are very easy to use and straight forward. especially from the clients side, so far all my clients have loved the switch! To top it all off the customer service has been immaculate! Any problems or concerns and they are on it immediately, everyone is super friendly and really take the time to help you! I highly recommend the switch to anyone considering it!
Cons:
I think Yocales biggest flaw is the checkout system/process, and the fact that they don't currently have a direct checkout for a card reader unless don't externally so for a new company this could potentially run issues if they don't already have a POS system. I'm also not a huge fan of the overall checkout process i think it could benefit from some work potential a screen for clients to chose their tip (unless they do have it and its just not working on my end for some reason) but i have been told this is all something being worked on or at least as far as the card reader goes.

Yocale had the most to offer at the best price for my salon/spas needs.

Reasons for switching to Yocale

Had issues with pricing changing month to month. Clients reported lots of issues with the booking system as well as the website being down or just not findable at all. Merchant account shut down multiple times for no reason. No customer service.

Excellent! All our needs are met in one place. Our clients also find it very easy. It also links up to our phone calendar. Beyond automation, they are also invaluable in acquiring new patients. Can't beat the price - and it's amazing that in this day and age I can find a normal human to get in touch with if I need to and treated with care.

Very user-friendly. It caters to all my needs, from telehealth to appointment management to patient management to charting to invoicing and marketing. The reports give me and my accountants insight into the business. Their Customer success team and client support are super responsive and friendly. Price point is much less than the alternatives I have used in the past and provides more features.
Cons:
Yocale offers a range of customization capabilities and lots of features, but sometimes it requires some reading to be able to take advantage of them, and a learning curve is involved if you want to utilize all the features. But their customer success team goes out of their way to help with those features.

Was looking to improve our online presence but then found Yocale to be more user-friendly, with more features, and less expensive. Also easier to find out what outstanding charts need to be completed.

I have nothing but good things to say about Yocale. The only improvement I would like is that when updates are performed, that they send out more communication on all the different changes.

There are alot of great features with the templates for each service and google visibility is a nice additions.
Cons:
the templates are a bit slow when navigating or adding fields as you have to scroll all the way down or up. But still love how there are many customizable templates available.

Reasons for switching to Yocale

Gloss genius is limited in their features and everything is done on app which is sometimes difficult. Daysmart is a good system, love the features but not impressed with the credit card

She helped me with everything, setting up the Yocale software, helped with building my website, and marketing services. Being with Yocale team have felt more like business consultants, always sharing helpful tips and ideas to grow my revenue. The platform made managing my business much easier, reduced no-shows, and saved me a lot of time. Yocale also built me a great website and their Google Ads marketing brought in a lot more clients.
