Exceptionally good program, platform, and support!

at first, I had a minor sound problem on the platfrom and contactes Volunteer Vision support - they were available within minutes and solved my problem at once. Very dedicated and friendly people.

Pros:

What inspired me most were the excellent templates Volunteer Vision provides for the mentor and the mentee for preparing the sessions, getting background information, writing a resumee, etc.

Cons:

can't think of anything, nothing frustrating or any suggestions from me, it's perfect for me

We included the online mentoring through Volunteer Vision in our corporate social engagement strategy. The programs are easy to use, the support by Volunteer Vision is excellent and the platform itself is overall very professional.

Cons:

There are no cons for us at the moment, everything is fine.
