miMed chose Learninghubz to address the training challenges due to its concept that allows offering innovative and customizable learning solutions. We recognized the need for a platform that could help us provide fast and effective training to our teams distributed across various locations. The user-centered approach and customization capabilities of Learninghubz were key elements that attracted us, as we realized this would allow us to tailor the training programs to the specific needs of our organization and our employees.

One of the main challenges we face in training our teams is the need to ensure consistency in customer service standards, whether administrative or clinical, across all our clinics, regardless of their different locations, without losing agility and learning indicators. Additionally, the diversity of healthcare services we offer and the standardization we aim to implement require specialized training in various areas, which can be complex to coordinate on a large scale.
Cons:
Although we are satisfied with the functionalities and support offered by Learninghubz so far, there are some additional areas we would like to see improved or expanded in the future. For example, we would like access to a content library covering a wider variety of topics and specialties specific to the healthcare sector. We would also value easier integration capabilities with other management and human resources systems we use at miMed, for a more integrated and efficient experience for the management team. We are confident that Learninghubz is open to feedback and will continue to evolve to meet our ever-changing future needs.

Reasons for choosing Learninghubz

The need for rapid training arises due to the rapid expansion of our network of clinics and the necessity to integrate new employees as quickly as possible, without, of course, losing focus on the quality of the training. E-learning training is a facilitator at all levels, as it not only allows employees to learn at their own pace, given that the content is available on the platform, but also enables the company to effectively monitor indicators such as training time, most viewed content by employees, etc. In other words, we keep a record of progress and intervene when necessary. This was the reason for choosing Learninghubz.
