Great software, fantastic company

Firestorm made launching our new company easy. They had a lot of experience and were quick to offer suggestions on how to get the most functionality out of using the software. The team really cares about each client, and takes time to understand your unique business.

Pros:

We've been using Firestorm since we started our company in 2014. The initial functionality and set-up was easy, and as we grew, we implemented more and more features. The software team is great and was always quick to respond with a solution when we had questions or wanted to implement new programs. If we had a suggestion on how to streamline a process, they listened.

Cons:

Learning to use any new software platform is difficult. But really, the support team is great and very patient!

Exceptional. We cannot say enough good things about the team at Firestorm! We really enjoy working with them and they go above and beyond to make sure we are supported.

Pros:

The most appealing piece of the Firestorm technology is the ability to independently manage our entire Shopify platform and use all the benefits offered by Shopify while having a robust portal for commission reporting. The development and deployment of the software was extremely easy and the communication with the customer service at Firestorm is amazing.

Cons:

The only downside is the back office portal is really designed for admin use on a windows and we use mac. It is not really that big of a deal but to some people it might be important to know that they need to use a remote desktop.

Wish we would have signed on sooner!

Beyond amazing. The onboarding is great. So much needs to go into onboarding but they walk you step by step and make everything simple.

Pros:

This is beyond software, it is the people behind the software that make the difference. We got to know the entire team and never did we feel like a custom request was crazy, impossible or extremely expensive. They can do anything for a company that sells products with a comp plan.

Cons:

There are no cons to list. They can make it happen, whatever need you have for MLM - Direct Selling - Network Marketing or Affiliate software.

Reasons for choosing Firestorm

Party Plan Solutions and Exigo were not able to do what we wanted to do on Shopify and the shopify apps would NOT pass full order information on to the distributors

Reasons for switching to Firestorm

We saw the need to go to Shopify and ByDesign was not able to accommodate what our vision for the company way.
