Cons:

Solid tool if you're looking for a bulk SMS solution

Super easy to use and fast to setup. Solid bulk SMS tool with a good selection of automation features. Clean UI design.
Cons:
While Message Media is generally reliable, I found the reporting and analytics features to be a bit limited compared to other platforms. Customizing reports or gaining deeper insights into campaign performance required extra effort. Also, the pricing can escalate quickly for higher-volume messaging, and integrations with certain CRMs weren’t as seamless as expected.

Bad then, bad now

I tried them 2 years ago and they were very bad. I waited two years to see if they learn how to do their business, and tried again. They are still a very bad company

I did not like anything about MessageMedia. I was forced to use them because they are integrated with my CRM
Cons:
The concept of customer service is inexistant. They will not answer any messages.

What I appreciate most about Sinch MessageMedia is how easy it is to use and how quickly we can reach our audience. The onboarding was seamless, and the support team has been incredibly responsive.
Cons:
While Sinch MessageMedia offers many great features, there were a few challenges. one being setting up user accounts can be tricky sometimes.

Cons:
Consistently getting locked out of account due to someone trying to access and entering the incorrect password. This has happened twice in 3 days and has caused major issues. Is there any work around?

It has been very easy to use and setup staff with access to Message Media. It allows our staff to send messages out easily to staff and clients through Text message which is a convenient way to communicate quickly with client especially as they can advise any changes that need to be made on short notice.

Cons:
Not being able to add user 2FA myself as an admin is painful but I understand that users can reach out themselves if they need support also.

MessageMedia gets the job done but not much else

MessageMedia was fine before we knew what else existed. Now I would never recommend someone use them over any of the other enterprise texting platforms out there.

The eaze of setup was a breeze. I was able to signup and get a message out within a couple of hours.
Cons:
The pricing is expensive, The Customer Service is horrendous. You'l get an email from someone from Australia so the timezone issue is already a problem. Seems like a small 5 person company. The features are 5 years behind everyone else in this space.
