This registration software is just right!

This is the third software we've used to manage our summer camps and special family workshops, and we are now loyal customers! Even with a few minor bugs, we will be extremely reluctant to give up this platform for another software.

RegFox did not offer the capacity for easy adjustments to or refunds of payments, and we had a very hard time generating rosters of participants. Versai is not very intuitive to new users, which made it hard to assist registrants with troubleshooting.

Registration Made Easy but it stops there!

I gave Jumbula a fantastic review after our families used it for registration but then quickly realized the school usage side is clunky, not user friendly, and essentially useless to us. I was so hopeful that Jumbula was the answer to our registration needs, but it isn't.

Wonderful Registration Softwear!

Jumbala has made our registration system so much easier. I am able to troubleshoot, create new content, look at reports, and manage our team very easily. Our customers don't seem to have any issues navigating the site either, which is wonderful!

When I first started using Jumbula I felt like I had a lot of support with set up, but there were still some unanswered questions and things I did not fully understand. The support staff has been helpful with answering these questions, but I wish it was a little easier to get a hold of someone. Time is money and I am worried that by not being able to get some of my questions answered promptly. I do enjoy the live chat, but I have noticed that in the past few weeks that I have not been able to get a live person. Overall I have been very happy with Jumbula and look forward to the continued use of this platform for upcoming years.
