Pros:

I have been using mousiki for the last 6 months and it would be understatement to say I am happy with the experience. Not only is Mousiki a great product, their support is fabulous too. I had some glitch with one of my students and the support staff worked with my student to get it resolved in no time. The video and audio quality is excellent with almost no latency or delay. I can even play chords while my students sing. Once I got started, it was quite easy to maneuver, add courses and onboard my students. I was able to onboard my entire studio within one week. The organizational design works well for educational uses and I look forward to expanding my service offerings. There are so many wonderful features. This is the best platform I have found for teaching voice lessons and holding group classes.

Cons:

Few students experience difficulty getting started but with some guidance from support team they get familiar and were able to use it without any issue.
