We also ended up with a shipping charge added to every invoice instead of having it be optional, but these were minor difficulties.

OneCause works perfectly for my large scale nonprofit events. While some other softwares tout themselves as being "free", I find that OneCause is worth the investment as it provides a seamless experience for guests and comprehensive event management for me.

There have only been a few things I did not like about OneCause's mobile bidding platform, mostly dealing with file types and image hosting on a thirdparty platform (dropbox) BUT those have issues have been resolved with their new platform :)
