CanadaHelps is a quality, legitimate site that streamlines donations and makes it easy for charities of all size to use and is an easy, secure platform for donors to access

There are a lot of tabs on the interface that causes some confusion at times...mostly because there are things we have not yet learned how to work with.

This platform has aided us in running many successful fundraisers while being able to keep track of donors, funds coming in and tickets sold.

I do not like that Admins cannot add or edit payment information, I do not like that Admins cannot process partial refunds, I do not like the virtual auction sign up--it requires too many steps, and I do not like that an Admin cannot mark an auction item "Complete" if a person pays offline.
