  • I like: the ability to communicate with all members in blast email' that it assigns membership numbers automatically and sends reminders about membership renewal, being able to check for bad eddresses (email addresses) and print labels for members without email.
  • There are little issues with some of the features - like hiding open registrations from the event calendar, automatically syncing email addresses, and more custom options for forms.

  • I like how we get so much information on each person, the number of visits the last time they checked in, how long they’ve been a member, we have the option of entering how much they paid the last time because we have a lot of discounts and it really helps us know what discount the person had.
  • That is mainly because we are open 24 hours a day and sometimes members have not paid their monthly dues and can't get in until the next working day.
