- Fast and helpful support (thanks [sensitive content hidden]), variety in fundraiser types and options, good customization, up to date UI, option for donators to cover the fees
- There are still some limitations with integration to DonorPerfect and what data is being pushed to the CRM, and the customization for some areas (like events) is not the best or user/donor friendly
- This platform has aided us in running many successful fundraisers while being able to keep track of donors, funds coming in and tickets sold.
- I do not like that Admins cannot add or edit payment information, I do not like that Admins cannot process partial refunds, I do not like the virtual auction sign up--it requires too many steps, and I do not like that an Admin cannot mark an auction item "Complete" if a person pays offline.
