Some features are available but not fully updated / meet the performance levels as they used to be before they were "updated", so it makes it hard to have a consistent structure and process.

Pros: Technical support that is easily accessible anytime via phone or email, nice reporting and analysis, numerous features, dashboard showing revenue among other stats, RSVP feature, multiple types of attendees, API, activity tracking, and ticket scanning.

The interface is a bit outdated but the extended version is way to complicated and takes too much time to figure out.
