Could not have done it without DonorDock star employee: [sensitive content hidden]

DonorDock was so much easier to purchase than other products and the price point made it affordable for a small nonprofit to utilize.

We love the ease of use of the software, but most importantly is the help that [sensitive content hidden] gave us to get started with our database. She was the best Solution Engineer because she not only understands the complexity of functionality, but she can easily convey this information to us in a way that we understand. She is a delight to work with and we couldn't have been happier that she has been so responsive with us.

Cons:

Nothing at this time. We are just starting to use the product after importing our data.

Great CRM for small organizations

So far, it has been good. Pretty straight forward CRM/Donor Management system.

It's pretty simplistic to use. There seems to be some good analytic features that can be utilized.

Cons:

Hard to find help in the software at this point, but I am new to it. Knowing CRM's I can figure some of the functionality out though.

Pros:

Intuitive user interface. We like that pricing isn't tiered based on number of contacts. Most other solutions have a steep price increase that discourages growing contacts.

Cons:

The need to use Zapier for integrations with other systems (which has a separate cost) is the only downside.

Reasons for choosing DonorDock

We considered multiple other CRM solutions. DonorDock was the only one that did not have a steep price increase when the number of contacts hit a threshold (usually from 1,000 to 2,500). As a smaller nonprofit that's focused on growing our contacts and supporters, it's really important for us to control costs as we grow.

Reasons for switching to DonorDock

DonorDock consolidates all contacts into one place and also has great features like dashboards and reporting as well as automated reminders to reach out to contacts.

DonorDock is for YOU

DonorDock is incredibly user-friendly and doesn't limit the number of donor contacts like many other systems. It's really easy to use, and they have frequent training, informational update zooms, and great customer service if you need anything. After you try DonorDock, you'll wonder what you ever did before and why it took you so long to sign up.

So user-friendly, the donor info management is next level, and the customer service is like I've never experienced anywhere.

Cons:

It's hard to say cons as most of the time DonorDock is developing new ways to improve before I realize improvements need to be made.

Pricing is based on real world non-profit management. Not like the others that would have been more expensive as we grow or donor based.

Cons:

A few features are not there yet but I fully believe this is the best solution for our needs and requirements

the cost and features are a good value for a mid-range to basic CRM data base.

Cons:

The integration was a bit complicated, not much support. Still learning the system so, i can't speak to much yet.

Cons:

Users that subscribe to our newsletter do not get automatically put on a list and we do not get notified that they subscribed.
