easier collection and tracking of membership dues, easier creation of donation campaigns, simple big reports for use at budget building times.

Cons:

further integration to bank accounts / financial reports in other media such as bookkeeping accounts at bank or ERP software.

I'm not a fruequent user but can say Easy to see the donations and operations, and the support team is very fast.

Cons:

Opening a campaign and sorting them by groups can be difficult.

Functional aan easy system to use

We used Fonzip many ways and we did not find any service such as Fonzip in Turkey. They managed may thing in very good way.

This software meets almost all the needs of our organization and offers fast solutions. Technical support is quality and fast. Member management, volunteer management, and subscription and donation management, which are very important to us, can be used very easily and effectively for every user. The data obtained as a result of the reports are guiding for our organization. It also offers opportunities for new fundraising models.

Cons:

If an android and/or ios-based application of the software is made, it may be more comfortable to use on mobile devices.

Fonzip - A good decesion...

Overall very happy. Getting details on our performance, auto emailing, texting, more and easily getting in touch with our members. Providing easier payment options to our members.

Pros:

Very easy to get used to and use. Detailed filtering, reporting, emailing, texting capablities. Very responsive suppport through in-program chat. well documented help files.

Cons:

There were afew improvement requests i've sent which the developers reacted positively and took into their plan but they were not very important improvements to effect the decision about using Fonzip.

Reasons for choosing Fonzip

Fonzip is being widely used by organizations larger than ours. Fonzip's knowhow is big. More professional, had more functions, supports more payment options.

A solid, fast, affordable and reliable CRM solution for all size NGO's.

Very easy to use. Quite flexible. It has an affordable price. It's web based and also mobile accesible. The software can meet all kinds of expectations from member management to creating a fundraiser.

Cons:

You can get lost in the menu sometimes. The user interface could be a little more user friendly.

Fonzip is decidedly simple and user-friendly. You can quickly access your donation reports. You can download and sell your e-cards. Also, Automatic certificate and thank you are sent to each donor.

Fonzip is an easy-to-use platform that turns traditional fundraising methods into online with great professionalism. I would definitely recommend it especially for its E-Card feature, fundraising campaigns, easy tracking of donation reports and ease of communication with association members.

Not at all. It's always possible and easy to find the best solution for your NGO with the Fonzip's management team.
